Within Bosnia and Herzegovina, delivery takes 1-3 business days (free for orders over 200 KM). Delivery within the EU takes 5-7 business days.

Payment is possible via PayPal and cash on delivery (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Card payments are currently available through PayPal.

KIORA products are developed for professional nail artists, but experienced enthusiasts can also use them by following the instructions.

Returns are possible within 14 days if the product is unused and unopened. Detailed rules are in the Shipping and Returns section.
