Delivery

Order processing

  • Orders received by 3:00 PM are shipped the same business day; all later orders are shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on Fridays after 3:00 PM and during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, usually on Monday.
  • Orders received during holidays/non-working days will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • Fixed shipping price: 10 KM.
  • Free delivery for orders over 200.00 KM.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the time of shipment.

International delivery (EU and other countries)

  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the destination.
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days from the time of shipment.
  • Customs duties and VAT: Any additional costs (customs duties, taxes) are calculated according to the laws of the destination country and are borne by the buyer.

Pick-up at KIORA Store (Sarajevo)

  • Free in-store pickup.
  • The order is ready for pickup within 1 hour of confirmation, and the customer receives an email notification.

Payment methods
 Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • By card (Visa and Mastercard) via a secure online system.
  • Via PayPal account.
  • Cash on delivery (cash payment upon package receipt, available only within Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Note

In exceptional situations (increased workload, holidays, unforeseen circumstances), the delivery time may be extended. The customer will be informed of any change in delivery time in a timely manner.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services.

Returns & Replacements

Return deadline: up to 14 days from the date of package receipt.

Conditions: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products, gift cards, and promotional samples are not returnable.

How to initiate a return: Send your order number and reason for return to info@kiora-nails.com .

Return costs: are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the wrong product was delivered or the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect. For damage incurred during transport, the buyer has the right to immediately refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged and to inform the seller and the courier service.

Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement: possible with a surcharge/difference; we will send a new shipment after receiving the return.
