KIORA operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the applicable regulations of the countries to which we deliver. By purchasing from our webshop, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and related policies and that you accept them in their entirety.
Prices and currency
KIORA is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data you provide. We only collect the basic information necessary to process your order and provide services, such as your first name, last name, address, email, phone number, and shipping information.
The data is used exclusively to fulfill contractual obligations, improve service, and communicate with customers. We do not share it with third parties except for partners involved in the delivery and payment process (courier services), who are obliged to comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Order and confirmation
After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation with all order details. In exceptional cases (e.g., pricing error, item unavailability, suspected abuse), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid
Delivery
The method, deadlines, and delivery costs, as well as the procedure in case of damage to the shipment, are detailed in the Delivery and Returns section. The buyer is obligated to inspect the package upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage to the courier service and the seller.
Payment methods
Supported payment methods are available in the Delivery and Returns section (card payment, PayPal, cash on delivery). All payments are processed in BAM currency.
Returns and complaints
The terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds are outlined in the Shipping and Returns section. The customer is required to follow the specified procedures for the request to be processed correctly.
Accuracy of product representation.
We strive to display and describe all products as accurately as possible. Photographs may show minor variations in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions during photography. All products are intended for professional use only.
User accounts
Only adults may make purchases on the webshop. If a user account is registered, the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the order process, as well as for keeping their login details secure.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In case of dispute, the court in Sarajevo shall have jurisdiction.
Customers from European Union member countries enjoy all rights that are more favorable to them under applicable EU consumer protection regulations, regardless of the provisions of these Terms of Business.
